MariaFrancescaPepe is a London based Label of Avant-garde, High-End Fashion Jewellery and Ready to Wear. The UK Registered Limited Company has been established in 2007 by MA graduated Designer Maria Francesca Pepe, introducing her first collection of Jewellery after her AW08-09 Central St Martins MA Show. Soon noted from the best Uk and international press and most refined buyers such as Dover Street Market the infamous ‘MFP Tubular’ has become a Must Have fashion item ever since. The jewellery piece, made in Italy at the highest standard quality in various dimensions and finishing, has become an iconic reference from trendy and cool ‘fashionistas’ worldwide. The ‘Tubular Tee’ has been launched with great success at MFP first London Fashion Week on-schedule Show sponsored by Fashion East for AW09-10. This season sees the development of what MFP calls ‘Jewellery-Wear’: where accessories and clothing fades into each-other enhancing one the qualities of the other. MFP has experimented the same concept on Bags and Footwear, eventually going back producing merely Jewellery and a full range of Womenswear. MFP SS10 and AW10-11 have been presented on-schedule at the LFW, the latter sponsored by NewGen (BFC and Topshop), and in Paris, Milan and NYC gaining extensive press response and increasing sales internationally. MFP has been nominated at the British Fashion Awards 2009 as best New Talent in Accessories Design.
