With two thriving shops in Scarborough and Southport, founder Abe Berens chose the Yorkshire city of Leeds as the site for his third showroom, opening his first shop in the city on Lands Lane. His daughter Jeanne and her husband Gee Wolff can be credited with taking the business forward, basing it in Bond Street, Leeds and building an exceptional reputation for quality and service.
Four generations later, Jeanne's son-in-law, Jeffrey Walton, and his son Simon opened stores nationwide and today Berry's Jewellers can be found in Glasgow, Hull, Newcastle, Nottingham, York, Albion Street and the Victoria Quarter in Leeds and Windsor.
